Oregon's DEQ Issues Draft Permits to Ambre Energy for Coal Export Terminal

Ambre Energy’s plan to export coal from Northwest ports came closer to reality when Oregon regulators issued the first draft permits earlier today.

KBOO's Joe Meyer spoke with Jasmine Zimmer-Stucky of the Columbia RiverKeepers and Joanie Stevens-Schwenger of the Oregon DEQ for details.
