Refugees continue to cross into Turkey from conflicts in Syria and Iraq. Turkey’s Herculean efforts to take them in have been a crucial part of the global response to the refugee crisis. However, not all refugees experience hospitality in the country’s cities and camps, especially those from the LGBTQ community.
