Police brutality protest Downtown Portland

A group of over 100 demonstrators rallied for police accountability last night following the recent police killings.
Most of the demonstrators did not engage in property damage as they roamed the streets of downtown Portland chanting against police brutality.
But a few people threw rocks at windows of the Bank of America and pulled news stands and road work signs into the streets as blockades.
The police presence was greater than the demonstration, and it included officers on foot in full riot gear, on bicyles and on horseback.
The officers used excessive force against protestors.
Eight people were arrested according to the Portland Police Department.
KBOO reporters Ben Cooper, Crystal Elinksi and Kellyn Gross were on scene to interview participants and document the police arrests and assaults.
