Immigrant Detainees Lawsuit
A California judge has decided to allow a class action suit by a group of immigrant detainees with mental disabilities. Many of these detainees have been stuck for years in immigration prisons without any idea of what is happening to them, or why, and without access to lawyers.
KBOO’s Jenka Soderberg spoke with Matt Adams of the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project about today’s ruling, this is the full interview.
